Negotiation skills are essential to a good leader. The concept of influencing others and assertively communicating your ideas is fundamental to transformational leadership.
The Continuing Leadership Education Initiative (CLEI) has organized an intensive training in ‘Negotiation skills’ to provide the ENLP-Network with additional tools to develop this aspect of leadership.
